Glare. Solar panels with an anti-reflective coating shall be utilized.
Glare. (1) The luminance of VDT characters against their background shall be of a high contrast ratio, so that the characters are easily distinguishable, such as is found in screens with yellow or light green characters on a dark green background.
(2) If screen color and adjustable lighting are unable to reduce screen glare, a non-glare screen overlay shall be fitted on the VDT.
Glare. TSA will undertake reasonable efforts to minimize glare in bargaining unit employee work areas through:
i. placement of, for example, screens, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or other equipment to block glare; and/or
ii. work with the local airport authority and/or the appropriate third party to make alterations to facilities as needed.

Glare. All computer monitors must be fitted with brightness and contrast controls. The Employer shall provide glare screen covers or hoods upon employee request for VDTs currently in use.
