EXHIBIT C [INTENTIONALLY OMITTED] EXHIBIT D Special Stipulations The Special Stipulations set forth herein are hereby incorporated into the body of the lease to which these Special Stipulations are attached (the “Lease”), and to the extent of any conflict between these Special Stipulations and the preceding language, these Special Stipulations shall govern and control.

GLARE has no material liabilities or obligations, either known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, liquidated or unliquidated, accrued, absolute, contingent or otherwise, and there is no basis for any claim against GLARE for any such liabilities or obligations, except normal liabilities incurred in the ordinary course from owning and leasing to the Company the Ford Real Estate.
