Associates has the meaning ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
McDaniel means McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd.
Sproule means Sproule Associates Limited;
SARON means a rate equal to the Swiss Average Rate Overnight as administered by the SARON Administrator.
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
SAM means the federal System for Award Management (SAM); which is the federal repository into which an entity must provide information required for the conduct of business as a recipient. 2 CFR 25 Appendix A (1)(C)(1).
Hunt means to pursue, shoot, wound, kill, chase, lure, possess, or capture or the act of a person possessing a weapon, as defined in 45-2-101, or using a dog or a bird of prey for the purpose of shooting, wounding, killing, possessing, or capturing wildlife protected by the laws of this state in any location that wildlife may inhabit, whether or not the wildlife is then or subsequently taken. The University means the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
Barber means a person who shaves or trims the beard of a person; cuts, trims, shampoos, relaxes, curls, permanently waves, dresses, tints, bleaches, colors, arranges, or styles the hair of a person; massages the face and head of a person; or renders personal services of a similar nature customarily done by a barber.
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.

Kerma or "K" means the quantity defined by the International Commission on Radiation Units and Measurements. The kerma is the quotient of dEtr by dm, where dEtr is the sum of the initial kinetic energies of all charged particles liberated by uncharged particles in a mass dm of materials; thus K=dEtr/dm, in units of J/kg, where the special name for the units of kerma is gray (Gy). When the materials is air, the quantity is referred to as "air kerma."
Legionella means a genus of bacteria, some species of which have caused a type of pneumonia called Legionnaires Disease.
Greenfield means land not developed beyond agricultural, range, or forestry use.
Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.

Sharps means hypodermic needles, hypodermic syringes, blades, broken glass and any devices, instruments or other objects which have acute rigid corners, edges or protuberances.
