Common use of Gifts Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Gifts Prohibited. The Parties shall maintain complete and accurate records in connection with any commission, fee, rebate, gift or entertainment of significant cost or value in connection with the performance of this Agreement and all transactions related thereto for at least twenty-four months from the date of invoice to Company and Operator. No director, officer, employee or agent of any Party hereto shall give or receive any commission, fee, rebate, gift or entertainment of significant cost or value in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
