Geotechnical Report. A geotechnical report prepared by a licensed soil engineer satisfactory to Lender showing the locations of all borings, containing boring logs for all borings together with recommendations for the design of the foundations, paved areas and underground utilities for the Project, confirming that there are no mining facilities, sink holes or voids beneath the Land, confirming that no conditions exist which could cause subsidence of any portion of the Land and showing no state of facts which could adversely affect the Project.
