Geotechnical Analysis and Reporting. ‌ A Draft and subsequent Final geotechnical engineering report will be prepared containing the results of our services and will include the following information: • A Site Plan showing the explorations locations with assigned stationing • Exploration logs and a summary table of pertinent data • Laboratory test results • Groundwater considerations • Construction considerations, including: o Dewatering recommendations o Wet weather considerations o Pipe trench excavation, stability, and shoring o Pipe zone bedding, backfill requirements, and suitability of soil reuse o Temporary erosion control The City’s review comments or questions on the Draft will be addressed and issue a Final geotechnical engineering report, sealed by a licensed professional engineer from Aspect. We have assumed up to two one-hour meetings with the design team will be needed during the design. Modulus is based on limited subsurface information (one boring at each roadway segment) and drilled off the roadway alignment. FWD testing is a non-destructive, rapid test method that provides a dynamic load to a pavement surface simulating a wheel load. Assumptions: • The Client is responsible to provide any sketches, drawings or other information available on utility locations within the limits of the Site. Our fee does not include utility repair costs. We will take reasonable precautions to reduce the potential for damage to utilities; however, Aspect does not assume responsibility for the cost of repairing utilities that are unmarked or incorrectly marked. • The above scope and associated costs do NOT include civil engineering, stormwater drainage design, structural engineering, plans review, or services during construction. • Additional geotechnical services may also be required by the permitting jurisdiction during construction, as well. We can provide these services for an additional fee, if requested.

  • Data Analysis In the meeting, the analysis that has led the College President to conclude that a reduction- in-force in the FSA at that College may be necessary will be shared. The analysis will include but is not limited to the following: ● Relationship of the FSA to the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan of the College and district ● External requirement for the services provided by the FSA such as accreditation or intergovernmental agreements ● Annual instructional load (as applicable) ● Percentage of annual instructional load taught by Residential Faculty (as applicable) ● Fall Full-Time Student Equivalent (FFTE) inclusive of dual enrollment ● Number of Residential Faculty teaching/working in the FSA ● Number of Residential Faculty whose primary FSA is the FSA being analyzed ● Revenue trends over five years for the FSA including but not limited to tuition and fees ● Expenditure trends over five years for the FSA including but not limited to personnel and capital ● Account balances for any fees accounts within the FSA ● Cost/benefit analysis of reducing all non-Residential Faculty plus one Residential Faculty within the FSA ● An explanation of the problem that reducing the number of faculty in the FSA would solve ● The list of potential Residential Faculty that are at risk of layoff as determined by the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources ● Other relevant information, as requested

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.

  • Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.

  • Geotechnical 19 The A/E as required shall review past pavement, soil 20 and geology investigations, discuss past findings as 21 impacting the subject roadway project, and independently 22 perform design-needed geotechnical services including 23 development and implementation of a field investigation plan 24 involving any field data collection as deemed necessary, 25 development of a laboratory testing program to conduct soils 26 surface and subsurface characterization tests as applicable 1 to the needs of the project, development of seismic analysis 2 and design criteria in accordance with code requirements, 3 development of pavement condition studies to provide 4 recommendations concerning life cycle costs and 5 rehabilitation/reconstruction methods, and recommendations 6 for the design of foundations, embankment and excavation 7 procedures, settlement analysis, lateral, active, and passive 8 earth pressures, de-watering, landslide mapping, slope 9 stabilization, soil corrosion, erosion, sedimentation control 10 and other applicable design criteria as deemed necessary.

  • Financial Viability and Regulatory Compliance 4.6.1 The Contractor warrants and represents that its corporate entity is in good standing with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing authorities and that it possesses all requisite licenses to perform the services required by this contract. The Contractor further warrants and represents that it owes no outstanding delinquent federal, state, or local taxes or business assessments.

  • Statistical Analysis 31 F-tests and t-tests will be used to analyze OV and Quality Acceptance data. The F-test is a 32 comparison of variances to determine if the OV and Quality Acceptance population variances 33 are equal. The t-test is a comparison of means to determine if the OV and Quality Acceptance 34 population means are equal. In addition to these two types of analyses, independent verification 35 and observation verification will also be used to validate the Quality Acceptance test results.

  • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial. Both Parties agree to fulfil and ensure that their Agents fulfil regulatory requirements with respect to the reporting of adverse events.

  • Development cooperation 1. The Parties recognise that development cooperation is a crucial element of their Partnership and an essential factor in the realisation of the objectives of this Agreement as laid down in Article 1. This cooperation can take financial and non-financial forms.
