Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.
Confidential Data Employee further agrees that, during his employment with Employer and thereafter, he will keep confidential and not divulge to anyone, disseminate nor appropriate for his own benefit or the benefit of another any confidential information described in Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein (the "Confidential Data"). Employee hereby acknowledges and agrees that this prohibition against disclosure of Confidential Data is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any rights or remedies that Employer may have available pursuant to the laws of any jurisdiction or at common law to prevent the disclosure of trade secrets, and the enforcement by Employer of its rights and remedies pursuant to this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any other rights or available remedies that it may possess in law or equity absent this Agreement.
Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.
Control Data <<customer_name>> will send one confirmation record per pack that is received from BellSouth. This confirmation record will indicate <<customer_name>> received the pack and the acceptance or rejection of the pack. Pack Status Code(s) will be populated using standard ATIS EMI error codes for packs that were rejected by <<customer_name>> for reasons stated in the above section.
Sensitive data Where the transfer involves personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (hereinafter ‘sensitive data’), the data importer shall apply the specific restrictions and/or additional safeguards described in Annex I.B.
Data To permit evaluation of requests under paragraph (c) of this clause based on unreasonable cost, the Contractor shall include the following information and any applicable supporting data based on the survey of suppliers: Foreign and Domestic Construction Materials Cost Comparison Construction material description Unit of measure Quantity Cost (dollars) * Item 1: Foreign construction material Domestic construction material Item 2 Foreign construction material Domestic construction material [List name, address, telephone number, and contact for suppliers surveyed. Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.
ODUF Control Data 6.5.1 Image Access will send one confirmation record per pack that is received from BellSouth. This confirmation record will indicate Image Access’s receipt of the pack and the acceptance or rejection of the pack. Pack Status Code(s) will be populated using standard ATIS EMI error codes for packs that were rejected by Image Access for reasons stated in the above section.
Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.
Background Data The Disclosing Party's Background Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.
