Geographic Scope The "Territory," which defines the geographic scope of the covenants contained in this Section 7, shall extend to and include all of the states (or foreign equivalent) in which the Company does business as M&A advisors or private placement equity advisors.
Geographic Restrictions The owner of the Website is based in the State of New York in the United States. We provide this Website for use only by persons located in the United States, and it may only be available to people located in the United States. Territory 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.
Geographic Area See Articles 70.1-70.5.
Boundaries All of the improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the Property encroach upon any of the Improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of the Property except those which are insured against by the Title Insurance Policy.
Territories The Agreement territory is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, only. It does not include Canada or U.S. Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.
