GEOGRAPHIC JURISDICTION. It is understood that the geographic jurisdiction of each Local Union is not subject to negotiation, but is established solely within the IBEW. GEOGRAPHIC JURISDICTION. Section 1. This Agreement shall be binding within the New York counties of: Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Xxxxxx, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Xxxxxxxx, Seneca, St. Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxx. Broome and Tioga counties remain in the Union’s geographic jurisdiction, but have different wage and fringe benefit schedules. The Xxxx XxXxxxx’x map shall be considered the official map of the trade.

The Employer agrees to abide by the trade and territorial Jurisdiction of Laborers Local 563 on all interior plastering and related work thereto, and all exterior Portland Cement Stucco or related work and finishes thereof, whether applied by hand or machine which are to be performed in the said Trade and Jurisdiction of the Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota, and the working rules of Laborers Local 563 hereinafter set below. Said jurisdiction of Laborers Local 563 shall be the counties listed in the Metro Builders Agreement to which this addendum is attached plus the following counties: XxXxxx and Xxxxxx Counties.
