Genuine Signature. The signature of Client, Client’s authorized signatory, director, secretary or partner (as the case may be), and the signature of each of the Authorized Persons as they appear in the Account Opening Application Form and Agreement hereof are the genuine signatures of the individuals concerned. For Clients of Online Account Opening, the Specimen Signature for the initial deposit in the “Deposit Notification Form” should prevail.
