Generator’s Recycling Obligation. Generators may dispose of recyclable materials, green waste and bulky items by other lawful means as provided for in PHMC Sections 13.10.040 through 13.10.080, including but not limited to, taking recyclable materials, green waste or bulky items to drop- off facilities and donating or selling such items to private or public entities.
