Generator Maintenance Program. Landlord intends to enter into a service agreement for the maintenance of the Generators with a generator maintenance company selected by Landlord in its sole and absolute discretion. The service agreement shall provide for maintenance of the Generators in accordance with the National Fire Protection Agency Level 2 standards for emergency generators. Copies of the maintenance and repair records for the Generators shall be kept at the offices of Blue Lake Management, Inc. ("Management") for inspection by the Tenant upon reasonable written notice during business normal hours.
Generator Maintenance Program. Landlord has entered into a service Supplement for the maintenance of the Generators with a generator maintenance company selected by Landlord. The service Supplement provides for maintenance of the Generators in accordance with the National Fire Protection Agency Level 2 standards for emergency generators. Copies of the service Supplement and repair records for the Generators shall be kept at the management offices of the Complex for inspection by Tenant upon reasonable prior written notice during Business Hours.
