General Wages. A. Effective the first day of the month following ratification by the Union, the base rate of pay for all classifications represented by the Union will be increased by five percent (5%). Effective July 1, 2017, the base rate of pay for all classifications represented by the Union will be increased by two percent (2%). Effective July 1, 2018, the base rate of pay for all classifications represented by the Union will be increased by three percent (3%).
