Common use of GENERAL WAGE PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL WAGE PROVISIONS. 18.1 Employees shall be paid according to the wage schedules in Article 19 in the classifications to which they are assigned, with credit for years of service within the classification and any credit for industry experience recognized by the Authority at time of hiring. Employees on salary continuance or maternity leave shall have their contract and anniversary increments recognized as being applicable on the scheduled dates provided for in this Agreement.
