General Service. Distributor shall provide to owners of the Products such general service and repair for the Products as may be necessary. Any or all charges therefore shall be reasonable and consistent with those prevailing in the territory and all such services and charges shall be in accordance with the applicable law.

General Service. SPECIFICATIONS The documents submitted will be evaluated for suitability and awarded marks which will contribute to a maximum 25 % of the total tender evaluation. Bidders are required to indicate against each service specification either a “YES" or "NO" other

General Service. Unless self-hauling, residential customers shall use one of the service levels established in Exhibit A. 1. Residents that use 32-gallon cans/bags/bundles or 64/96 gallon carts shall be serviced weekly, and residents may set out an additional one (1) cubic yard of containerized Waste material without extra charge, which is equivalent to six (6) thirty-two (32) gallon cans, bags, boxes or bundles. Each item shall not exceed fifty (50) pounds in weight or thirty-six (36) inches in length. Additional carts may be provided for a fee as set forth in the rate Exhibit A. 2. Franchisee will not service containers on private driveways unless the customer has requested yard service or drive-in service, paid the additional fees for such service as found on Exhibit A, and executed a Franchisee liability waiver form regarding any damage caused by Franchisee trucks. Franchisee will ultimately determine if the access is sufficient to safely service the property. If not, the customer will have to bring the container to a location per this Agreement that can be safely serviced by Franchisee. 3. Franchisee will service containers and provide other applicable services on private roads owned and/or managed by a local homeowners’ association, property owners’ association, general improvement district, or other such entity similarly as it does for public roads within the jurisdiction of this agreement. Franchisee is not responsible for any wear and tear damage that may occur to any roadway as described above. Such private roads must be accessible by Franchisee and Franchisee will make final determination if the road can be safely traveled on. 4. Franchisee agrees to service individual residential containers on east “Canyon Way” (the first east-west aligned street located south of and approximately parallel to Peri Ranch Road within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Corporation [LCC]) upon the Franchisor’s completion and maintenance of a trash truck turn- around area at the Franchisor’s cost and which meets Storey County road standards for such a turnaround area. The turn-around area shall conform approximately to Exhibit D.

General Service. Swaffham Town Council shall provide administrative and facilitation support in the form of services of suitably skilled staff to assist in the execution of the Swaffham Cultural Programme. The Consortium will develop and deliver a Cultural Programme that will complement the capital developments and community engagement work taking place through Historic England’s High Street Heritage Action Zone scheme.

General Service. Managers, executives, and specialists1 entering to negotiate specified or defined commercial transactions for an enterprise located in the territory of the other Party. - Managers, executives, and specialists1 in the financial services sector (insurers, bankers, or investment brokers) entering to negotiate specified or defined commercial transactions for an enterprise located in the territory of the other Party. - Public relations and advertising managers, executives, and specialists' attending or participating in conventions, or consulting with business associates regarding specified or defined commercial transactions for an enterprise located in the territory of the other Party. - Tourism personnel (tour and travel agents, tour guides, or tour operators) attending or participating in conventions or conducting a tour that has begun in the territory of the other Party. - Translators or interpreters performing services as employees of an enterprise located in the territory of the other Party, and for a defined commercial transaction for that enterprise. Disaster Relief Claims Adjuster Baccalaureate Degree, and successful completion of training in the appropriate areas of insurance adjustment pertaining to disaster relief claims; or three years experience in claims adjustment and successful completion of training in the appropriate areas of insurance adjustment pertaining to disaster relief claims.

General Service. 1.1.1. Swanwick has undertaken to ensure that aircraft inbound to and outbound from XXX Airport are routed in a safe and expeditious manner and in accordance with all agreed environmental restrictions that are in place. 1.1.2. The XXX Airport GM shall be informed as soon as possible following any safety related incident involving an inbound aircraft in the approach phase of flight, or outbound flight below 6000 feet. Any serious or significant incident relating to safety will be further discussed by Swanwick Head of Safety and General Manager XXX Airport, or their nominated deputies, as soon as possible after the event. Written and electronic reports will be produced and exchanged as appropriate. 1.1.3. The XXX Airport WM/SCOD shall be consulted prior to the application of arrival regulation, and changes to them, in order that the airport operator and/or airline customers can be informed. 1.1.4. The XXX Airport WM/SCOD shall be consulted prior to any non standard or special flight operations that will affect the airport. 1.1.5. Day to day ATC Service issues should be referred to the duty GS or duty Operations Supervisor.
