General Salary Increase. A. Effective July 1, 1999, all Xxxx 0 classifications shall receive a general salary increase of four percent (4%). The increase shall be calculated by multiplying the base salary by 1.04. The parties recognize that the actual salary increase for each classification may vary slightly due to rounding.
