GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. (1) Applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations: All of your accounts at the Bank are governed by these rules and regulations, the laws of the United States, the laws of New York State, the supervisory rules and regulations of the New York State Department of Financial Services, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), the Federal Reserve System, and the general commercial banking practices in the area served by the Bank. For accounts opened in our branches in New Jersey, your accounts will also be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the rules and regulations of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
