Common use of General Reports Clause in Contracts

General Reports. The City shall have the right to request, in writing, information as is appropriate and reasonable to determine whether Grantee is in compliance with this Franchise. Grantee shall provide the City such information in a format as Grantee customarily prepares such report or information. Grantee shall fully cooperate with the City and shall provide such information and documents as necessary and reasonable for the City to evaluate compliance. Grantee reserves the right to object to any request made under this Section 13.3 as unnecessary, unreasonable or inappropriate under the circumstances.‌
