This for the transport activities as well the cleaning activities. The risk management system should contain minimal the following risks: o Temperature control o Sealing Quality auditing: Part of Interfood supplier management program is the regular audit of suppliers. The transport company / LSP could be visited during the approval process, but thereafter also at a regular yearly interval based on “vendor rating”. The vendor rating contains the amount of NC’s / Turn over / Certification / Food contact / Geographical area.
