Common use of General Principle Clause in Contracts

General Principle. (a) Only in the cases expressly stated in Section 17.2 shall SORACOM indemnify the Subscriber for damages regarding the additional services and functions described in this ARTICLE 20 (“Additional Functions”) subject to Section 17.2. SORACOM shall not bear any responsibility in relation to changed or missing telecommunication content, system malfunction or any dispute between the Subscriber and any third party.
