Maintain a clean and clutter free workspace, dispose of all waste and return all tools to their dedicated storage location when finished with work. No volatile organic compounds (VOC) are allowed at the CMS. If you are asked by a member of the staff or volunteer Shop Lead to stop using a noxious or potentially harmful substance you must comply immediately. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary proceeding which could result in the termination of this agreement. In all cases, you are encouraged to seek out alternatives to the use of VOC’s including hardware and other materials. Equipment Safety & Use: Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times while in the Metal and Wood Shops and while using all equipment and tools anywhere in the Facility.
