General Notification. The Company shall promptly advise the selling Shareholders, and, if requested by such Shareholders, confirm such advice in writing:

If the Scheduled Maintenance will affect any downstream Required Minimum Instream Flow release or Normal Reservoir Operating Range, at least 10 days before beginning any reservoir drawdown or the unit maintenance, the Licensee will add the appropriate messages to its public information website and/or its reservoir water elevation phone system to inform the general public of the maintenance and drawdown schedule.
General Notification. Promptly notify in writing the Participating Holders, the sales or placement agent, if any, therefor and the managing underwriter of the securities being sold, (A) when the Registration Statement or the prospectus included therein or any prospectus amendment or supplement or post-effective amendment has been filed, and, with respect to any the Registration Statement or any post-effective amendment, when the same has become effective, (B) when the SEC notifies the Company whether there will be a “review” of the Registration Statement (C) of any comments (oral or written) by the SEC and by the blue sky or securities commissioner or regulator of any state with respect thereto and (D) of any request by the SEC for any amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement or the prospectus or for additional information;
General Notification. Before disclosing Confidential Information pursuant to a Legal Process, the disclosing entity will promptly notify the other entity. Provider will give notice to the Customer via the Notification Email Address.
General Notification. You must Notify Us as soon as possible, but no later than the next Business Day: when You are knowingly in breach of, or may be in breach of, any of Your obligations under this Deed; when there is any change in circumstances that may affect Your capacity to meet Your obligations under this Deed; or without limiting or otherwise affecting clause 6.1(a) or clause 6.1(b): of any matter or incident which could affect, or has affected: the welfare of any of Your Seasonal Workers; or the reputation of the Seasonal Worker Programme, Us or the Commonwealth; or of receiving any notice or other communication from a Provider or a Subcontractor under clauses in Your Provider Arrangements and Subcontracts which are equivalent to this clause 6, clause 7, or clause 9. You must also provide Us with a copy of that notice or communication. You must Notify Us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of the relevant circumstance occurring, of: the death of a Seasonal Worker; or the serious injury of a Seasonal Worker. If You issue Us a Notice under clause 6.2, You do not need to issue a further Notice under clause 7.1(h). In addition to the Notification requirements under this Deed, You must Notify or otherwise inform Us: of any other circumstances required by Us from time to time; and as required in accordance with the Guidelines. For clarity, where the Guidelines specify that informing Us of any particular circumstance is required immediately via telephone call, then You must comply with that requirement in addition to the Notification requirements of this Deed.

If the Unscheduled Maintenance will affect any Required Minimum Instream Flow, LIP Flow or Normal Reservoir Operating Range, as soon as possible after the unscheduled maintenance begins but no longer than 72 hours afterwards, the Licensee will add the appropriate messages to its public information website and its reservoir water elevation phone system to inform the general public of the maintenance and drawdown schedule.

Within 72 hours following the start of the emergency deviation, the Licensee will add the appropriate messages to its public information website and its reservoir water elevation phone system to inform the general public of the situation and any expected dates for return to normal operations.
General Notification. If the Planned Drawdown will cause the reservoir to be out of the Normal Reservoir Operating Range, at least 10 days before beginning any drawdown, the Licensee will add the appropriate messages to its public information website and its reservoir water elevation phone system to inform the general public of the planned drawdown schedule.
General Notification. As soon as practicable after the Licensee determines that deviation from Normal Reservoir Operating Range is needed due to an ongoing or expected high inflow event, the Licensee will add the appropriate messages to its public information website and its reservoir water elevation phone system to inform the general public of the situation and any expected dates for return to normal operations.
