Common use of GENERAL NOTICE Clause in Contracts

GENERAL NOTICE. When an employee is interviewed by the Agency, and the employee is the subject of an investigation, the employee will be informed of the general nature of the matter (i.e., criminal or administrative misconduct) being investigated and be informed whether or not the interview is related to possible criminal misconduct by him/her. This notice shall be on a form (see Appendix A-1) which the employee will sign and date at the outset of the interview.
