General Meetings of shareholders are called either by the Managing Partners or by the Supervisory Board, or by any other person having the right to do so by law or under these Articles of Association. General Meetings are held at the registered office or at any other location as indicated in the notice of meeting. Notices of meeting are issued in the manner and within the time period provided by the applicable laws and regulations.
