Common use of General Effect Clause in Contracts

General Effect. Subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of the Company's separate Long-Term Incentive Plan and the cash and stock awards made under that plan, upon any termination of the Executive's employment and this Agreement, all stock options and restricted stock held by the Executive that are vested prior to the effective date of the termination shall be exercisable in accordance with their terms, and all stock options and restricted stock held by the Executive that are not vested prior to the effective date of the termination shall lapse and be void.
