Common use of General Duties Clause in Contracts

General Duties. It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Certificateholders, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement.

General Duties. It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Certificateholders, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement.

It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its only those responsibilities expressly required to be performed by it pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the Basic Program Documents to which the Securitization Trust is a party and to administer the Trust party, in the interest of the Trust Certificateholders, and in all cases subject to the Basic such Program Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement.. In addition to the foregoing, the Owner Trustee shall comply with the obligations set forth in Section 2.5(b) of the

It Subject to Section 5.01 hereof, it shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party and to administer the Trust in the interest of the CertificateholdersAgreement, subject to the Basic Documents and strictly in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement.

General Duties. It shall be the duty of the Owner Eligible Lender Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities as the Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the other Basic Documents to which the Trust it is a party and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Certificateholders, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreementparty.

It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the other Basic Documents to which the Trust is a party and to administer the Trust in the interest of the CertificateholdersResidual Interestholder, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner Trustee shall be deemed to have discharged its duties under the Basic Documents to the extent the Depositor has agreed to perform them pursuant to Section 2.13 of this Agreement.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Trustee shall on behalf of the Trust Agreementfile and prove any claim or claims that may exist on behalf of the Trust against the Settlor in connection with any claims paying procedure as part of an insolvency or a receivership proceeding involving the Settlor.

It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and the Basic other Transaction Documents to which the Trust is a party and to administer the Trust Issuer in the interest of the CertificateholdersResidual Interestholder, subject to the Basic Documents Transaction Documents, and in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement. The Owner Trustee shall have no obligation to administer, service or collect the Receivables or to maintain, monitor or otherwise supervise the administration, servicing or collection of the Receivables.
