General Descriptions. 2.1 Physical collocation enables AFS to place, within or upon ACS’ premises or points, equipment necessary for interconnection, or for access to ACS’ unbundled network elements as required or authorized by federal or state law. 8 The Parties may agree to collocation for any other purpose. ACS shall allow cageless collocation without requiring the construction of a cage or similar structure, and without requiring the creation of a separate entrance to AFS’ collocation space.
