General Description of Programs. 1. Every reasonable effort shall be made to provide ongoing educational programs in Critical Care, Perioperative/OR and other specialty areas for bargaining unit members to meet staffing needs of the hospital. 2. If the PHT determines that a floatpool is necessary to meet the fluctuating census needs of the various units, it may create a full time Medical/Surgical RN floatpool and/or a Critical Care floatpool. Vacancies in floatpools will be offered first to volunteers on the basis of seniority. If sufficient volunteers are not available, the Employer may fill the remaining vacancies using regular hiring practices. 3. The hospital agrees to establish a learning center to facilitate the goals and success of the educational program.
General Description of Programs. SECTION 2.1 PURPOSE The purpose of this Program is to develop, market, and implement Bank products for use in conjunction with Programs that offer consumers a convenient and secure mechanism for making purchases and payments subject to the Rules and Governmental Requirements. Bank hereby appoints Program Manager as Bank's authorized delegate and representative to (i) market and offer Cards that meet Bank requirements; (ii) to develop, market and offer Programs that utilize Cards; and (iii) to perform such services hereunder to support the Cards and Programs, solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
General Description of Programs. This section is intended to provide a general overview of the nature of the Programs. Program A runs from April through July. Programs B and C are run on an academic year basis (September to May). Organization understands that at any given time during the term of this Agreement one or more Programs may not be staffed with Interns given the different time frames of the Programs and depending on the availability and interests of JHU’s undergraduate students. Organization further understands and agrees that JHU is under no obligation to make available an Intern or Interns to Organization during the term of this Agreement, but that the purpose of this Agreement is to provide opportunities to JHU’s undergraduate students to work at Organization should they so desire. Upon the end of an Intern(s) Project (as defined below), Organization and JHU will work together in a timely manner to facilitate the selection of new Intern(s), if available.
