Common use of General Coverages Clause in Contracts

General Coverages. All of the Approved Contractors shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease, and all liability policies shall name Landlord and Landlord’s managing agent as additional insureds, and all property coverages shall insure Landlord and Tenant, as their interests may appear.
