Common use of General Coverages Clause in Contracts

General Coverages. All of Tenant's Agents shall carry the following insurance provided by insurers with an A.M. Best rating of A- VIII or better: (1) worker's compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees with a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord and Landlord's Representative, and (2) commercial general liability insurance, including contractual and products/completed operations coverage with a limit not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate Tenant shall require the Agents’ commercial general liability insurance policies name Landlord and Landlord’s and Landlord's Representative as additional insureds with respect to the work being done under this agreement.
