Common use of General Contractor Clause in Contracts

General Contractor. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Landmark Builders or another general contractor reasonably selected by Landlord and in any case approved by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of competitive bidding of the cost of the Tenant Improvements with respect to Landlord’s TI Work. Tenant shall have no right to direct or control such General Contractor.
