General Communications. Partner shall keep Bioprojet reasonably informed as to its progress and activities relating to the Commercialization of the Product for the Partner Territory, including with respect to regulatory matters and meetings with Regulatory Authorities, by way of updates to the JSC at its meetings and as otherwise specified in this Agreement, or as reasonably requested by Bioprojet at any other time. In order to facilitate the Parties’ exercise of their rights and fulfillment of their obligations hereunder, each Party agrees to give due consideration to any comments provided by the other Party with respect to such Commercialization of the Product for the Partner Territory.
