General Business Conditions. The Pledgor undertakes to use best efforts to procure that each Account Bank subordinates, as soon as possible, any existing pledge it may hold, including, but without limitation, any pledge existing by operation of its General Business Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen), to the Pledges (or any of them) so that the Pledges will rank ahead of all other pledges affecting any of the Accounts.
General Business Conditions. Unless otherwise agreed herein, the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG May 2003 version, ("GTC XXXX") and set forth in Annex 2 to the Offer, are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

General Business Conditions. The applicable versions of the Bank’s General Business Conditions (incl. Safe Custody Regulations) and, in addition, for particular types of transaction, the relevant version of the special conditions issued by the Bank shall apply to this Agreement.

In case of any discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the General Business Conditions the provisions of this Loan Agreement shall prevail
