Common use of General Benefits Clause in Contracts

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements of the Company that may be in effect from time to time and as may from time to time be made available to the other similarly situated executive officers of the Company, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plans and arrangements.
