General Account Information. 1. The Agreement for Your Account This document is the basic agreement between you and us (Bank of Hawaii) and contains important information about your deposit relationship with us. Any conflicting terms in a more specific agreement, “Bank of Hawaii Business Checking and Savings Account Fee Schedule” (“Fee Schedule”) including any addendums and supplements or addendum for any of our products or services take precedence over this one. By signing the signature card requesting an Account, maintaining an Account, or using any of our deposit Account services, you and anyone else identified as an Account owner or authorized person agree to the terms of this agreement.
