GENDER EQUALITY LAW. The Parties shall respect the principles and obligations established in Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, 2007 on the effective equality between men and women and, in particular, those related to the obligation to have a Gender Equality Plan, as the case may be, its compliance and monitoring, as well as the necessary internal processes to prevent sexual harassment and harassment based on gender and any other direct or indirect discriminatory activity.

  • Gender, Etc Words used herein, regardless of the number and gender specifically used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context indicates is appropriate.
