Common use of Gathering Information Clause in Contracts

Gathering Information. You authorize us to obtain information from time to time regarding your credit history from credit reporting agencies and other third parties. We may also report the status, history and/or closure of your account to such third- party services. You agree to provide us with a current financial statement upon request. You authorize us to gather credit information on any owner, Contracting Officer or Authorized Signer on your account, including any principal or officer of your business. You will ensure that such persons have authorized this action by us. The owners or Contracting Officers on the account are responsible for notifying all other signers on an account of our right to obtain their credit history information.
