Gathering Fees. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, Producer shall pay Gatherer each Month in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Tariff, for all Services provided by Gatherer during such Month, an amount equal to the Gathering Fees.
Gathering Fees. For Default System Owner Gas, unless prohibited by applicable laws, rules or regulations, the Operator will charge the fees set forth in the Anchor Shipper Gathering Agreement and Operator will redetermine the gathering fee each year as set forth in the Anchor Shipper Gathering Agreement. For all Gas other than Default System Owner Gas, the Operator will set the gathering fee subject to approval by the Participating System Owners as provided in paragraph 8.4 below.
Gathering Fees. The Monthly Gathering Fee, the Monthly Compression Fee, the Annual Capital Fee, the Monthly Operating Fee and the Terminal Operating Fee are referred to herein collectively as the “Gathering Fees.”
Gathering Fees. The Parties agree as follows with respect to the fees and consideration provided for under this Agreement (individually, as applicable, the “Gathering Fee” and, collectively, the “Gathering Fees”).

Gathering Fees. Shipper shall pay to Gatherer monthly each of the fees and other amounts, as applicable, set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto for the gathering and other services provided under this Agreement.

DPI will be entitled to entitled to fees up to $0.___per Mcf for gathering natural gas production from the Project Wxxxx, $0.___per Mcf for compressing and dehydrating gas production from the Program Wxxxx and $0.___per Mcf for transporting the Program’s natural gas production for delivery through the open-access system operated by NGAS Gathering, LLC, subject in each case to adjustment for increases in the Consumer Price Index and payable by the Program monthly upon invoicing by DPI.
Gathering Fees. As consideration for gathering Producer’s Gas hereunder, Producer shall pay Gatherer the Gathering Fees for Producer’s Gas delivered to the Delivery Points each Month, as provided herein.
Gathering Fees. In no event shall Sellers be required to pay gathering fees with respect to their share of production from the Xxxxx that exceed fees charged for comparable gathering services performed under arm's-length contracts in the geographical area in which the Assets are located.
