GAS SALES RATIO. A ratio based on the actual number of MCF of natural gas sold by the applicable gas distribution or marketing operations. This ratio will be determined annually based on actual results of operations for the previous calendar year and may be adjusted for any known and reasonably quantifiable events, or at such time, based on results of operations for a subsequent twelve-month period, as may be required due to significant changes.
