Common use of Gas Imbalances Clause in Contracts

Gas Imbalances. There are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any of the Oil and Gas Properties which would require the Loan Parties or their Subsidiaries to deliver Oil and Gas produced from any of the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 5,000,000 Mcf of gas (on an Mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances. There are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any of the Oil and Gas Properties which would require the Loan Breitburn Parties or their Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Oil and Gas produced from any of the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 5,000,000 Mcf of gas (on an Mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Gas Imbalances. There are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any of the Oil and Gas Properties which would require the Loan Parties Company or their Subsidiaries any Guarantor to deliver Oil and Gas produced from any of the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 5,000,000 50,000 Mcf of gas (on an Mcf MMBTU equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

There are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any of the Oil and Gas Properties which would require the Loan Parties or their Subsidiaries to deliver Oil and Gas produced from any of the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 5,000,000 300,000 Mcf of gas (on an Mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.. There are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to any of the Oil and Gas Properties which would require the Loan Parties Debtors or their Subsidiaries to deliver Oil and Gas produced from any of the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding 5,000,000 Mcf of gas (on an Mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregateaggregate without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor.
