Garden Maintenance. The landlord agrees that garden maintenance will commence (with the exception of course of any properties where adequate gardening equipment is supplied and the tenancy agreement provides for tenants to maintain the garden themselves), from the commencement of the let. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Letting will deduct the cost of this from the rental income.
Garden Maintenance. If you have your own garden, it is your responsibility to cut the grass and ▇▇▇▇▇▇, prune any trees and keep the borders in tidy condition.
Garden Maintenance. (1) Keeping the entire Garden property clean and safe for public use, including maintaining the sidewalks free of trash, debris, snow, ice and other obstructions to pedestrians;
(2) Caring for trees, plants, vegetables, herbs, flowers and landscaped areas of the Garden, including watering, cultivating, pruning, fertilizing, etc.;
(3) Performing necessary maintenance and minor repairs to constructed or manufactured items or features in the Garden, including but not limited to, raised planting beds, tables, benches, structures, pathways, and ornamental items in the Garden. The GARDEN GROUP should inform the BQLT when repairs are needed to any major items or features in the Garden that may include, but are not limited to, fences, sidewalk, water system, gazebo, shed, retaining wall, or any structure or item in or immediately next to the Garden that may pose a hazard to the Garden property, such as a deteriorating building wall, unstable fence, diseased or dead tree, etc.; and
(4) Providing to the BQLT a copy of the key (or the combination number) for the current lock to the Garden gates. If the lock is changed at any time during the life of this Agreement, the GARDEN GROUP must promptly provide a copy of the new key (or the combination number) to the BQLT.
Garden Maintenance. It is an express condition of this Lease that the LESSEE shall maintain the grounds and garden of the Premises in good condition to the complete satisfaction of the LESSOR. This shall include the regular mowing of the grass, removal of weeds and grass from the flower beds, fertilizing of plants and lawn, removal of rubbish and watering in accordance with municipal regulations of the entire grounds to the LESSOR’S satisfaction. The LESSEE further undertakes to employ a gardener or other labourer full or part time as may be necessary. In the event of a dispute as to the LESSOR’S satisfaction, the LESSEE shall appoint on the request of the LESSOR a gardening service nominated by the LESSOR to maintain the garden on a regular basis at the LESSEE’S expense.
Garden Maintenance. The Tenant must keep and maintain all garden and landscaping areas of the Premises (if any) in a tidy and good condition including, providing proper and regular watering and care for any grass, trees or plants on the Premises to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord.
Garden Maintenance. If the Lessee is allowed to use a garden, the Lessee shall be obligated to maintain it on a consistent basis. A decorative garden shall be maintained as such. Garden maintenance shall usually include mowing the lawn twice per month during the period of April through October, hedging and pruning fruit trees and ornamental shrubs once per year and keeping flower beds and paths free of weeds. If, in spite of a written warning, the imposition of a deadline and rejection threat, the Lessee fails to comply with this obligation, the Lessor may have the necessary work performed at the Lessee's expense or demand compensatory damages in cash at the end of the lease relationship. The Lessee shall obtain the necessary devices and materials at its own expense.
Garden Maintenance. During the growing season, gardeners are required to keep plots clean and free of weeds and debris, including dead plant material. At a minimum, plots should be tended to on a weekly basis. It is the gardener’s responsibility to seek assistance from fellow gardeners or garden coordinators if they are unable to keep up with maintenance themselves.
Garden Maintenance. All duties associated with maintaining the health and productivity of the Property are the sole responsibility of Farm. Farm commits to keeping the Property neat and tidy. The Owner understands that the Property is a working farm that will consist of vegetables, herbs, and flowers with a mixture of crops growing at different times. The Owner is responsible for providing access to water for the Property and Farm.
Garden Maintenance. All duties associated with maintaining the health and productivity of the plot are the sole responsibility of Aylmer Backyard Farms. Aylmer Backyard Farms commits to keeping the area tidy and, at the end of the season to ensure the plot is cleaned up and ready for the next spring. The landowner understands that the plot is a working garden (urban farm) that will consist of vegetables, herbs and flowers with a mixture of crops growing at different times. The landowner is responsible for erecting and building a fence to protect the garden plot and to provide water access to the plot. Aylmer Backyard Farms is responsible for all other costs related to the succesful and sustainable production of organic vegetables including preparation, labour, plants, seeds, compost, manure, straw, tools, irrigation, row cover, etc.
Garden Maintenance i. Each gardener is responsible for the maintenance and regular upkeep of their plot. All gardens are to be maintained in a clean and neat manner for the entire season.
ii. In addition, each gardener will help maintain the path around their plot including the common area where the spigot is located.
iii. Keep your plants in your plot – many of the vines can meander into other plots.
iv. Keep the borders of your plot neat and weeded.
