Garage Keepers Liability. The Garage Keepers Liability Insurance must have a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Garage Keepers Liability. Shall be the same minimum as on-hook coverage for vehicles in the care, custody, and control of the TOW OPERATOR in the storage yard.
Garage Keepers Liability. The Contractor shall provide Garage Keeper’s Liability insurance covering CTA vehicles in Contractor’s possession and covering all circumstances associated with vehicle repairs and protection of the fleet while in Contractor custody.

If §9 at page one (1) hereof shall indicate Garage Keepers Liability insurance is required, Contractor shall promptly provide proof of such insurance listing the County of Nevada as an additional loss payee. Contractor shall maintain no less than $1,000,000.00 in Garage Keepers Liability Insurance.
