Gaming Operation definition

Gaming Operation means the business enterprise that offers and operates Gaming Activities, whether exclusively or otherwise.

Gaming Operation means the conduct of Gaming Activities and related business activities in Gaming Facilities and areas where Gaming Employees are employed or assigned.
