Future Technologies Sample Clauses

Future Technologies. Except for the Future TRW GaAs HBT Patent Rights, Future TRW MBE Patent Rights, or as specified in Sections 2.1.6, 2.2.7, 2.3.6 and 2.4.6, rights and licenses to future TRW technologies applicable to the Licensed Field and/or Licensed Products are not granted to Licensee by this Agreement. Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until ten (10) years from the date that the parties hereto mutually agree that Licensee has an Operational Foundry for the manufacture of Licensed Products, rights and licenses to other TRW future technologies applicable to the Licensed Field and/or Licensed Products not granted to Licensee by this Agreement shall be offered to Licensee by Licensor on the following terms and conditions:

Future Technologies. Animas, at its sole discretion, shall have the option to employ any future generation sensor technology developed by DexCom in an Embedded System. Animas shall offset at least a portion of any documented, actual development costs incurred by DexCom in adapting said future generation sensor technology into an Enabled Pump. The Steering Committee shall determine the amount of said offset. If the Steering Committee is unable to reach agreement on the amount of said offset, the offset shall be the documented, actual cost incurred by DexCom.

Future Technologies. EDS will use commercially reasonable -------------------- efforts to maintain a level of technology that EDS reasonably and in good faith determines is appropriate for the performance of the Basic Services. In addition, EDS will advise Customer of advances in technology relating to Customer's operating needs of which EDS becomes aware and which EDS believes Customer may be interested in implementing. EDS will make available to Customer as an Additional Service any technologies for which EDS develops commercially available capabilities in the future.
Future Technologies. Xxxx Innovations shall use commercially reasonable efforts for three (3) years following the Closing Date to inform Purchaser of technologies developed by it that may be directly applicable to the Xxxx i–Monitoring Business in the Upstream Petroleum Market; provided, that such disclosure does not conflict with any licensing agreements between Xxxx Innovations and any other Person in effect on and as of the Closing Date.
Future Technologies. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement contemplates the incorporation of G4 System components with T:Slim System components to constitute the Integrated System. The parties further acknowledge that this Agreement does not provide rights to any future generations, technologies or systems beyond the G4 System and T:Slim System, respectively, without the parties’ mutual written consent.
