Future Registered Marks. If any Xxxx registration issues hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or equivalent governmental agency in any foreign jurisdiction, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such certificate such Assignor shall deliver a copy of such certificate, and a grant of security in such Xxxx to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.

Future Registered Marks. If any material Xxxx registration issues hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or equivalent governmental agency in any foreign jurisdiction, within thirty (30) 30 days of receipt of such certificate registration such Assignor shall deliver a copy of such registration certificate, and a confirmatory grant of security in such Xxxx to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof Agent hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
