Common use of Future Development Review Clause in Contracts

Future Development Review. Future development on Block 5 East shall proceed pursuant to and in accordance with the processes and standards established in the Regulating Plan and Concept Book, attached as Exhibit “B.” The criteria to be used in determining whether future development shall be approved are: (i) consistency with the Comprehensive Plan; (ii) consistency with this Agreement; and (iii) substantial compliance with the Miami Design District Retail Street Special Area Plan.
