Common use of Further Warranties Clause in Contracts

Further Warranties. Each Party hereto shall sign, and take all necessary measures within its scope of power to cause any other persons, companies or subsidiaries (if necessary) to sign, any further document, agreement and deed, and take any other act, necessary for making all the terms of this Contract fully effective.
