Further Reports. The Registrar shall provide the Issuer upon written request such information regarding the financial servicing of the Notes expressed in such form as the Issuer may reasonably require. The Registrar shall transmit to the Issuer promptly any notices or other communications addressed to the Issuer in connection with the Notes, including any notice of any legal action or proceeding which may be brought against the Issuer and of which the Registrar has knowledge.
Further Reports. The Fiscal Agent shall provide the Issuer upon written request such information regarding the administration of the Notes expressed in such form as the Issuer may reasonably require. The Fiscal Agent shall transmit to the Issuer promptly any notices or other communications addressed to the Issuer that a Responsible Officer may receive in connection with the Notes, including any notice of any legal action or proceeding which may be brought against the Issuer.
Further Reports. The Company, at its sole expense, shall prepare and give and shall continue to give such financial statements and other information to the Commission and the proper public bodies of the states in which the Shares may be qualified as may be required from time to time by the Commission and such proper public bodies and will furnish the Representative with copies thereof promptly upon the filing thereof with the Commission or such proper public bodies.
Further Reports. The Fiscal Agent and the London Agent will provide to Hydro-Québec and the Guarantor information regarding the financial servicing of the Notes expressed in such form as Hydro-Québec and the Guarantor may reasonably require. The Fiscal Agent or the London Agent, as the case may be, shall inform Hydro-Québec and the Guarantor promptly of any notice or other communication addressed to Hydro-Québec or the Guarantor in connection with the Notes, including any notice of any legal action or proceeding which may be brought against Hydro-Québec or the Guarantor and of which the Fiscal Agent has notice.
Further Reports. The Obligors shall, if reasonably requested by the Technical Bank following the occurrence of a Default and having considered the availability of other reports with reference to the same, commission at the Obligors’ expense a report from the Independent Engineer and make available to the Independent Engineer all such information as is available to the Obligors and which is reasonably required for the purposes of the report, and supply to the Technical Bank such evaluation and other reports relating to any one or more of the Borrowing Base Assets as the Technical Bank shall have requested.

Further Reports. In the event that the LICENSOR requires the LICENSEE to submit information and reports other than those specified herein, the LICENSEE shall provide such information and reports to the LICENSOR in the manner and at such times as it may specify. If the LICENSOR prescribes the use of a specific form for the presentation by the LICENSEE of any of the information or report required herein, the LICENSEE shall submit such information and reports to the LICENSOR on the forms designated by the LICENSOR for such purpose.
Further Reports. 14.3 At monthly or other intervals nominated by Us, the Insured Lender must provide Us with updated written reports and any documents about or affecting any reported default or event. CONSULTATION WITH US
Further Reports. Commencing upon the date of execution of this Agreement and continuing to the earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Time and (ii) the termination of this Agreement, the Parent shall provide to the Company a copy of any annual, quarterly or current report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission promptly upon the filing of such reports with the Commission.
