Common use of Further Notice Clause in Contracts

Further Notice. If the Customer fails to comply with any agreement reached under clause 15.1(c), then: (1) Transpower may give a further notice under clause 15.1(b) as if the failure to comply with the agreement was a failure to pay the amount due together with interest within five Business Days from the date of receipt of the notice under clause 15.1(a); and (2) clause 15.1(c) shall not apply in respect of such notice.
