Further Incidents. Repeated incidents of non-violent misdemeanors as defined in section 1.02 shall result in graduated levels of school-based interventions and consequences by the administrators on campus, according to the Code of Student Conduct and Discipline Matrix, and referral to law enforcement for certain incidents. The Discipline Matrix outlines the specific incidents in which repeated misbehavior shall result in a referral to law enforcement. Records of section 1.02 incidents shall be maintained by SBBC, in a manner consistent with the requirements of a Probable Cause Affidavit as mandated by F.S.985.13, and said information may be reported to law enforcement by SBBC should the youth willfully fail to complete sanctions. In addition, a student who has accumulated three incidents in a school year that fall under section 1.02 shall be referred to the Behavior Intervention Committee. Upon the fourth incident in a school year that falls under section 1.02, the student shall be referred for consultation with law enforcement, unless such referral is sooner required by the Discipline Matrix.

Stat. (2013), requires that certain felony threats (§ 790.162 and § 790.163, Fla. Stat. (2013)) be referred to the criminal or juvenile justice system. Felonies, including § 790.162 and § 790.163, fall outside of the scope of this agreement. Student Conduct and Discipline Matrix, and referral to law enforcement for certain incidents. The Discipline Matrix outlines the specific incidents in which repeated misbehavior shall result in a referral to law enforcement. In addition, a student who has accumulated four incidents in a school year that fall under section 1.02 shall be referred to the Behavior Intervention Committee. Upon the fifth incident in a school year that falls under section 1.02, the student shall be referred to law enforcement, unless such referral is sooner required by the Discipline Matrix.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Mortgagor shall not be obligated to execute, deliver, file or record any additional documents which increase Mortgagor's obligations under this Mortgage or the Relevant Documents. Mortgagor grants to Mortgagee an irrevocable power of attorney coupled with an interest for the purpose of exercising the rights provided for in Section 19 and this Section 20.

  • Further Acts and Documents Each party must promptly do all further acts and execute and deliver all further documents (in form and content reasonably satisfactory to that party) required by law or reasonably requested by another party to give effect to this agreement.

  • Error Incident An Error Incident is a single or series of NAV Errors that results from the same act, omission, or use of incorrect data. Correction NAV Errors will be corrected as follows: · If an NAV Error is less than ½ of 1% of NAV and results in a Net Benefit, the fund will retain the benefit. · If an NAV Error is less than ½ of 1% of NAV and results in a Net Loss, the Net Loss will be paid to the fund by the party responsible for causing the NAV Error. · In the case of a Material NAV Error, shareholder transactions/accounts will be corrected/ reprocessed at the corrected (restated) NAV, subject to a $10 per-account correction minimum threshold; any residual Net Benefit after correction of shareholder accounts will be retained by the fund and any residual Net Loss (resulting from uncorrected accounts below the $10 minimum threshold) will be paid to the fund by the party responsible for causing the error. If an NAV error is not caused by either the fund accounting agent or TRP, both TRP and the fund accounting agent will provide all reasonable assistance to the fund in its attempt to recover all costs from the responsible third party. · Notwithstanding any contractual provisions to the contrary, to the extent a NAV Error was caused by the actions or omissions of the fund’s accounting agent, any Net Loss or residual Net Loss equal to $5,000 or less that results from the same Error Incident will be paid by the accounting agent. TRP will be responsible for summarizing and reporting to the funds’ Audit Committee or Trust Company’s Board (or designated committee), as applicable, all NAV Errors related to the funds/trusts in conjunction with other relevant error statistics on a quarterly basis. The report will include corrected NAV Errors as well as the aggregate effect of any uncorrected NAV Errors. The report will also include information about shareholder accounts that were corrected in the discretion of TRP in the case of an NAV Error that is not a Material NAV Error. The funds’ Audit Committee and the Trust Company’s Board shall have the authority to adjust these procedures with respect to the funds and trusts, respectively, to the extent necessary or desirable to address NAV Errors by providing notice thereof to TRP and the fund’s accounting agent.

  • Further Acts Each party agrees to perform any further acts and execute and deliver any further documents that may be reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions and intent of this Agreement.
