Further documentary evidence. (a) The Employer may require that an Employee provide a further medical certificate from an independent Registered Practitioner where an Employee has been on personal leave for at least six weeks and has a medical certificate indicating on-going need for personal leave. The employee will select a Registered Practitioner from a list of at least three Registered Practitioners Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2016 nominated by the Employer. The nominated Registered Practitioners will not include a Registered Practitioner employed by the Employer in the VPS.
